I am always looking to add weapons to my arsenal, so I pretty much like to ask this question whenever I can.

What techniques/combinations do you love to throw?

Here's the ChuckBooty one-two. Come in traditional and throw a solid jab. Immediately switch your stance to lefty and throw a right hook. If you do it right you'll hit them right behind their left ear - and HARD because you'll be using that momentum from your switch to power that hook.

It works because they'll be expecting a right cross so they will be ready to parry....and your switching your stance throws off their timing by about 1/2 a second or so. Night night!

I'm not much of a fancy striker. I like a jab, pause, quick one-two, and either a left hook or leg kick.

    Whatever's clever.

Not my favorite but for effectiveness, the eyepoke is one of the best. Rarely punished by anything other than a warning, it will render your opponent ineffective for several minutes allowing you a chance to inflict some fight altering damage.

Can't remember the fight but I saw this technique used skillfully at Bellator 162.

Nut shots pretty damn effective as well. A good nut shot on a grappler can really shut it down. I'd say I'd go eye poke against striker and nut shot on grappler. That or some sort of combo package.

Crowbars and chains are effective striking tools.

There a several, that I like.
One of them is very simple, but I always catch my opponent with it. I am right-handed. Faint straight right hand and immediately, while opponent raises his guard to protect head, hit him with left hook to the body and right hand (angle more keen to overhand) to head.
Another one: straight right to head, left uppercut to head jump back to avoid counter punch (or circle to left or right) and jump in with jab cross.

My style is based on boxing, I train kicks a lot, but use them more to prepare opponent for my attack (sorry for my bad english, don't which word describes action when you distract opponent's defense for your attack)
Jab - move out of range - jump back with jab-cross - roll under - cross - left hook/uppercut to the body - right headkick
