Wait long enough he can even beat DC clean.
DC will be dead by then.
From Popeyes induced asphyxiation.
I would love to see a lawyer use that argument in court.
God don't play favorites.
Jon Jones reportedly passed a polygraph test, but does that prove anything?
What a joke if Jon's team actually thinks this holds weight. This better not impact UFC or USADA's decision regarding Jones failing his drug test.
A lie detector isnt reliable. People have proven time and time again, it is possible to beat a lie detector test. Even more unreliable if the accused hires the company on his own time to take the test - removes the pressure of needing to tell the truth as the accused doesn't have to make the results public if they fail. This removes enough of the stress from lying that a stress detector test becomes unreliable.
so can we assume he failed last time.
I have no doubt he believes his lie.
That is the craziest fucking thing that I've ever read. So Jon pays for one (that we know of) test of his choosing, we ignore that the tests are both unreliable and possible to bias, and the guy holding the purse strings to USADA starts a public campaign to get Jones exonerated?! The UFC can't be a real thing anymore.
Woah, take it easy there Skeptical Sally. If we can't trust Jon Jones, who can trust?
And you wonder why their numbers are tanking.
hey now he only took six tests before he got one to come back passed.
He passed the test, so if they asked him did you cheat and he said yes it counts as a pass.
And everyone keeps saying he passed the test but exactly what test did he pass?
What questions was he asked?
How specific were the questions he was asked?
He can't even pass a driving test at this point.
Tester: Jon, did you inject yourself with the oral steroid turinbol?
Tester: Did you willfully take turinbol with intentions to fail a pre-fight drug test?
Jon: of course not
Tester: Have you ever knowingly ingested, injected , or otherwise taken shark testosterone for the purpose of improving performance?
Jon: Not “knowingly “
Lots of lawyers on Twitter loling at the lie detector test. As you can manipulate them. And the interpreter can read it differently from one to the other.
And sociopaths tend to beat them all the time. So if they use this test as proof, people gonna have a field day.
I said it before and I'll say it again, he's going to get off with minimal, if any punishment. what he will get will be covered over time served and he'll have a signed contract by March
by the way, the results of a polygraph are based on the person administering the test. How hard would it be to find a shitty one that would pass you?
What if you had to do it 20 times until you found a guy that you could pass with? not hard to figure that out. Would you mention the 19 failed tests it took you to get to the one you passed? of course not.
I had to pass a polygraph when i was hired into a really delicate job to get my clearance (it wasn't a security clearance for the govt, it was the company) i passed the lie detector test with flying colors. the tester said 'he's true blue honest american'.
I had to lie my ass off. but when i was younger I could do that. i'd blow it now, but it all really depends on how well you can control yourself during answers. and its' largely interpretive which is why it's inadmissible in court and mostly used by TV talk shows.
Just the fact that they sometimes brag about how good this test reader is and how long he's worked in the FBI etc etc etc should tell you that it's not a solid science and shitty interpreters give shitty results
First OJ now Jones.
