Well yes police have killed white people as well. What is the point of your statement ? I think that's rather obvious, no?

Also I just saw the poll, there are prob 3 people on this planet I trust every time. Most people should have that same outlook. How could anyone say they trust anyone all of the time? Rather silly poll don't ya think.

The longer the name of the firm, the better your chances of winning. 100% indisputable fact.

Eh, she should have complied. Obey the cops orders, then see your day in court. You don't get points for being a martyr. The officer was clearly stressed out, which is completely understandable given the circumstances. The media is sensationalizing this story.

well if she did, that person probably would have sued her later, she kinda fucked either way, its up to the cop who should know the law better than anyone else to not ask for a blood sample. This is pretty simple case, he should not be a cop and he should be charged.

I actually don't see a problem with this not really fair to those who did obtain a permit legally to just turn a blind eye to this.

well then fine him, but just to take the man's money from him without due process is just wrong, he wasn't arrested, this is just plain robbery.

Did he take ALL his money or just what he saw exchanged as part of the illegal transaction?

If it was the latter, perfectly proper and permissible.

Robbery would entail that the cop is keeping the money for himself so lets lose the hyperbole. In cases like this the person would have the option of being able to show the money was obtained legally. it's safe to say if the cop was seizing a bunch of hundred dollar bills they didn't come from selling hot dogs street side. However small bills would obviously be questionable.
