    1A. Lat Pulldown 2x10 100lbs
    1B. Seated Row 2x10 100 lbs

    2. Push Press 3x6 115 lbs. (personal best for reps, really psyched about this)

    3. Deadlift 2x5 245 lbs (deadlift has suffered as of recently, but slowly working it back up)

    4. Hanging Leg Raise 3x15

    2. Standing Cable Twist - 3x12 70lbs

    3. Seated DB Overhead Press - 3x10 40lbs

    4a. Seated DM curls - 3x10 40lbs
    4b. DB Shrugs - 3x15 70lbs.
    4c. Skullcrusher using DB - 3x10 45lbs

    5. Front Squat - 3x6 155 lbs.

    1b. DB Bent Over Row - 80lbs.

    2. Back Squat - 3x6 245lbs.

    3. Back Raise - 3x10 45lbs.

    4. Leg Raise - 3x10 15lbs.

    Ran for 6 minutes afterwards @ 6.5

    Found out the other day that I will receive my blue belt in BJJ on January 30th at testing, can't wait.

    Also....Workout (campus gym finally opened back up) 1/6

    2. DB Seated Overhead Press 3x6 40 lb DB's

    3. Front Squat 3x6 155 lbs.

    4. V-Ups 3x15

    DB Bench: Pyramid to final set of 4 - 60lb
    DB Bent Over Row: 3x8 90lb
    Tricep Pushdown: 3x12 60lb
    Hanging Leg Raise: 3x15

    Just got back from the gym. Did a quick workout after class.

    1. Deadlift 5x2 275lbs.

    2a. Lying Tricep Extension 3x10 55lbs. (using curling bar)
    2b. Bicep Curls 3x10 55lbs.

    3a. Pull Ups 2x10
    3b. Leg Raise 2x12 15 lbs.

    School right now has left me barely any time to train, sucks a lot.

    Haven't updated this in FOR-EV-ER.

    Right now I'm doing p90x and it has been going well. Doing high reps using bands (don't have dumbbells) and I don't want to gain any mass. Need to get into competition shape.
