up my cardio to 7 mins on each cardio machine like above, also repeated the ab workout and did military presses 5x5 of 45lbs, snatches, cleans and 100 shoots n sprawls.
my phone is destroyed, new one thursday hopefully and i got a new job so my schedule is destroyed. soon as it's sorted!
still flat out at BJJ, pretty much gave up weight lifting/gonna cancel my gym membership but im buying a sick bike and im gonna start doing cycling and running races for the next 5 months since i got a 8-5 jobby making some good $$$ finally. when the contract for this position is up i'm gonna be moving/visiting either brazil or richmond for atleast a month or two (hopefully even longer) saving money like crazy for that now and if i do a good job with the contract here i will have sick experience/references (Inventory/Receiving Manager for a gigantic contruction project)
back to this diet now yogurt/fresh fruit/fresh veggies/coffee/green tea/protein shakes (post training) today: 6am, 10x stair sprints squats deads overhead press rows tonight: Jits (comp drilling/rolling) Kickboxing (sparring/technical drills for my fight)
