What you think...???
your mom lied, sports arent for you
The important stuff.
My Grandson Vladimir. Six months old, 17 pounds, 25.5 inches tall.
Beautiful, my friend.
You need to release the chin
Every damn one of my kids have the chin too. Luckily, none of them have it as terminal as Faber though.
Congrats on the new kid Coy. Meant to shoot you a text, but I text in the early morning and shit and didn't out of respect.
Still doing okay on the lifestyle. I've switch over from a semi strict Keto diet to a slow carb diet from Tim Ferris's book 4 hour Body. I've lost 50lbs of fat since January. went from about 205lbs- 165lbs. Trying to lose that last bit of belly fat and get an actual six pack..
Damn son, that is a transformation.
Good job sunny
there is pics of me somewhere in my underwear and a fake WWE belt floating around here. I was probably bigger than 205 in those pictures and actually have access to a real WWF belt that I need to do comparison pictures in. Still right around 20% body fat and I want to get to around 12% atleast for a little while.lol
Was it all diet or lots of exercise too?
How are the other aspects of that book going?
I've always exercised and been in pretty decent cardiovascular shape. I'd say it was 90% diet and 10% strategic exercise(Kettlebells and Calisthenics). I've also increased my tennis. Playing at least 5 days a week now. That's usually a minimum of 2 hours per. So just 10 hours of tennis, but I did close to that and was fat, so...
I wish I would have kept more detailed progression numbers and pictures. Like a dumbass I tracked just weight and can only estimate total inches lost and body fat % lost. Wifey has shaped up a bit too....
*Butch in the background
I've lost 30lbs since January myself. Though I'm also doing weight training. Run 4-5 miles a day and also three times a week I play hoops for 1-2 hours. My diet has been super strict as well. Good to see someone else also kicking ass.
I'm a bit biased as I have developed a major man crush with Tim Ferris over the last year or 18 months or so. Although the 4 hour body is the only book I've actually bought, it has made me want to get tools of titans)(latest book) and 4 hour chief(Accelerated learning book). I do follow most, if not all, of his other work from podcast to TV shows to his 5 bullet friday email.lol
He's my Anthony Robbins.
I haven't followed the supplement advice closely as the only thing I have cycled on/off is micronized creatine(6g a day- 6 weeks on 6 weeks off) And most of that has just benefited strength not body composition I feel. I'm getting into gymnastics though the calisthenics, and it's amazing how weak people actually are.
I've only just got the 4 hour body so I do plan on delving deeper into the drug aspect of body composition.
What about the female orgasm claims?
I'm married, I don't have sex.lol
