    Had to skip Saturday's practice because Stacy was running a 5K in the city but I'm back in there tonite.

    Still not watching my diet all that closely, I think I am going to work on getting into Ketosis (so no carbs) and then worry about cutting the calories since it will be easier that way.

    Training was good tonite, Gave my training partner his first leg kicks lol I was even wearing shin guards and he wasn't.

    We had a new guy with some experience (He goes to school away and is back for the summer) so hopefully that should be helpful

    Went to MT this morning and then walked around the zoo for like 3 hours. My legs are wrecked atleast it should justify this bottle of southern comfort I'm about to drink...right? lol

    Alcohol is one thing I can never give up. I can eat as clean as I want, but I always allow some weekend drinks

    I was in a goddamn piss poor mood today but showed up to training and was in a better mood by the time my hands were wrapped.

    Also started a 4 week PSMF this week.
