Muay Thai & Dieting To Fight Weight

    I need to keep track of this shit so this will be my half assed log here.

    I am currently at 200 to 205 pounds and belong at about 175, so this is my process of getting there. I am giving myself a self imposed deadline of July 23rd, since we go to the beach the next week.

    199 this morning. I'm shedding water fast, so I must be in ketosis by now. Feel better too.

    Fucking hell my legs are sore today, both my shins from kicking and the inside of my lead leg from drilling so many inside leg kicks.

    2oz Cheddar Cheese - 120Kcal - 5F - 0C - 18P

    Couldn't get through all of that, ate about 2/3 so new numbers are:

    Had 7 eggs, about 8oz shrimp, some pretzels, and a couple of turkey & swiss wraps give or take

    Way to kick ass. Are you seriously going to be fighting eventually? Or are you just doing the training and clean eating? Regardless, it's inspiring.

    Thanks man, my goal is at least one Amatuer fight (probably straight MT) before I'm 30. Every man should be in one real fight in his life. I'm hoping by next fall I will have enough experience and be down to a good fighting weight to do it.

    Back to things today...Still been going to class but my diet has been shit since I've been sick off an on.

    New plan is to not worry too much about calories (I cut too many too fast last time I think) and just work on cutting all carbs and getting into ketosis. Then I can worry about reducing the total calorie numbers.

    Not sure last I jumped on the scale I was at the same basic weight but I have to reweigh myself tomorrow morning to be sure, since that was at a random time instead of my consistent time.

    On a side note I went to the dentist at 10 and my fucking face is still numb at 2:30

    weigh 202 right now had 3 chicken breasts, some shrimp, a beer and some chips & dip (left overs from memorial day lol)

    199 this morning, so the week off didn't really do anything...this week will be easing into it since I still have memorial day left overs around, today is our 3 year anniversary, and there is stuff going on this weekend. Should still be able to come in on the negative side in terms of calories.

    So far had normal supps, 5 eggs and a bunch of low fat cheddar cheese.

    Went to a Japanese place for dinner: Steak, veggies, rice probably gonna have some more of the left over chips later

    Trained this evening...Couple of new people so we were more technique oriented that workload oriented, which is good because I was still sore from tuesday.

    Had some 97% fat free hotdogs (no buns or anything) for lunch and cooking some french onion meatballs now.

    O fuck. I quit fast food for a long time. First time I had some, I had KFC. I had to pull over because I thought I was ready to hurl.

    The gf wanted fast food last weekend, so we went through Mcdonalds drive thru. I tried something "healthier" so I got the southwest grilled chicken sandwich. Not worth paying for either IMO.

    We eat at 5 guys every once in a while and that is fine but fucking A the whopper was a bad idea.
