    A propos of nothing, I decided to post the following here since it is a training thread. Although it isn't mine, I don't care.

    I just did my third day of Insanity. It is fucked. Only 58 left to go.

    Sooooooo I have not posted here in a long time but still at it with the weights. I did take a bit of time off after 2nd child and did some maintaing but nothing crazy. Started back up in September. Then dog died and I took another month off just could not get motivated. But I did not lose much at all. I pulled 550 for 3 sets of 5 last week. Just been reposing 405 for 3 sets of 8 in the squat and bench I'm coming along slowly because I have an awful shoulder issue I've had for years but am able to press 320 for 2 right now. I trained a ton in the strict curl last year and was able to do 160. I did a meet just for the strict. I took first but I was so sick I only did 140. Are you guys still working on anything?
