Me doing 505 deadlift

    I can't do the elliptical right now somehow, someway I hurt something in my left leg by my Achilles but I can't till if it is the Achilles, however if I keep my legs straight and try to bend down I get a shooting horrendous pain somewhere in the area. I can't afford to rip something on the elliptical, and the bike I don't know, I never feel like its a work out on the stationary ones. Hopefully I can drop some tonnage with diet and get back in there.

    I'm not sure why it's private. I'll figure it out. Well I stopped deadlifting due to my schedule the past 3 months. It was either squat or dead and while the deadlift is my fav out of the two, the squat is the best. I did pull last week though one day and did 575 rather easy. I think I could get 600 right now without having pulled in months. I just basically try to maintain at this point. My squat days I just do 3 sets of 12 of 405. Sometimes 10 on last set cause I'm wiped out. I'll go back to dead lifting full time come February

    Holy shit you're strong. What do you bench press. I bought some dumb bells last week and rolled today. I got to get back in shape. Got my ass kicked rolling. What supplements do you take Walter?
