    I ran today so i decided to not go real heavy in the deadlifts during my workout.

    WARNING.....The music the gym is playing is horrendous....hence why I have to wear headphones....well come to think of it most music would be horrendous to me no matter what channel. The angle is shitty but you get the point. Real easy lift as you can see.

    I did 315 the other day 5 times and I thought I was the fucking shit. Acutally did 2 sets.

    Thought I was big shit.

    I don't deadlift...I also dont do squats. I do leg presses 600 for 5 ah thank you!! but yeah, I"m afraid of the consequences of doing it incorrectly...plus....I bodybuild, and don't lift for strength really.

    But good job man..that is very impressive.
    If I could break this plateau of benching 260 ( I weigh 160-165) I would post a vid...but alas....I seem stuck.

    Good job my max right now is about 625 in the deadlift as for leg presses lol it's a lot I filled the rack at gym which is about 20 plates. I can do that about 12 times. But good job

    I use wraps because I sprained my middle and index finger, I can pull 600 with out wraps

    lol because I have a nagging injury to my hand lol , the other reason I use them when I work out at that gym, is because you are not allowed to use chalk. When I go to baystate you can use chalk like a mother fucker.
