I thought it was awesome . FX is really putting out some great shit these days.
I'm super excited for this show
I really think it has a chance to stand out in the Marvel world
I'm really intrigued. Haven't watched yet, may have to wait for DVD, but looks good
Well, shit. I didn't know it already started.
Nice. Hopefully it's on demand or the FXNow app.
I use showbox with all cast now. It is great.
Really enjoyed it. I had high expectations for it, and those expectations were certainly met.
Also having a character names Syd Barrett that's in a mental institution was pretty amusing.
This show is weird as fuck, lol.
Just watched it. It's great. Probably the most intriguing storyline of any of the Marvel shows so far, especially in how it's being revealed. It also has great production and music as well. I know nothing of the comic.
If I didn't know it was based on a comic book I would have had no clue. I also world not have guessed this came from Marvel either. I would have guessed an independent studio for sure, until they said mutants anyways, lol.. Definitely want to see where this goes from here.
It's nice to finally hear the word "mutants".
You guys should know, that this isn't a Marvel production in any capacity. Its a Fox production, but it's not linked to any of the other Fox properties. Based on everything I've read, this will have very, very little to do with the comics, at all. It will be it's own thing as far as the X-Men cinematic universe is concerned as well. I'm really looking forward to it.
The first episode was interesting. I'm not sold, but I am intrigued. Looking forward to seeing where this goes.
Hopefully Fox won't screw it up, lol.
I just love the style of it, the color play and the music is amazing
the music was done by Jeff Russo
he's done a few TV shows, most notably Fargo
it reminds me a lot of Stranger Things meets Mr Robot
as great as they all are, Stranger Things had the best music, IMO
I did get a Stanger Things vibe from the music at one point.
from what I read they were really going for the 'dark side of the moon' vibe, as in mental illness in sound, approach
they used a bunch of old synth machines, which is what they did on stranger things, only in reverse
Legion used old machines to get an 'older sound'
Stranger Things used modern synth tools to get an older sound, as it was set in 1983
Stop yelling at me, fuckface.
