Okay Back to keeping this log better:
Note Yesterday I did not log anything but I did fall off the wagon and eat like 1/2 a bag of chocolate chex mix
Also I feel like the planning and cooking is going well so now I am going to roll in the consistent exercise. I am looking to workout atleast 20 min every day. At this point what the exercises are or the intensity aren't as important as just forcing the routine of working out every day

My wife and I call Chocolate Chex Mix crack because it's so damn addictive and each time you have some you immediately want more.
I know, It was on sale when I went to the market so I got a bag and was muching on it while I coded part of my fightfinder system I am working on and when my wife went to get some more there was like 1/4 of a bag left lol.

I should start working out w/ weights etc.
Though I am shocked, I see some people on these MMA boards smaller than me or same height, but out weighing me by 20lbs+

Yeah I need to add weight training in as well but first I just need to get back into the habit of working out every day.
15 minutes? Unless that's HIIT you need at least 30 minutes.
It was intended to be HIIT but I suck so the intensity wasn't nearly high enough.

I'm not sure, I havent jumped on a scale for a while (although my diet has been hit or miss it seems).

Weighed myself this morning at ~203 to 205. I couldn't really see because I forgot my glasses and was too tired to run upstairs ang get them.
