Getting Clint Back in Shape

    lol I might take some before pictures but those fuckers still wouldn't get posted until there were some solid after pictures to follow them up.

    I'm not feeling much of an improvement right now, but I am taking things very slowly. I am trying to build legit habits and routines for my cooking and exercise and then once the routine is solid I will start tweaking the exercise and meals more. I am hoping to develop more of a lifestyle change than just a diet, otherwise I will lose the weight but I will just gain it back later.

    Even if your not hungry, get some sort of nutrition in you! You have to get that metabolism going. Have an apple, granola bar... something.

    I'm probably gonna have something in like 30min to an hour. I gotta wake up first. Then I'll probably make a protein shake for this damn 3 hour meeting.

    I like donuts.

    And in all seriousness, all diets have to have some junk food. There are practical reasons why, but I prefer to think of it as a means to prevent loss of sanity.

    lol I'm training some, but first goal was to simply get back into planning my meals and cooking legit dinners.

    Now that I've got that under control I'm going to work on working out consistently again.

    On a completely unrelated note, I met a man in Spain that told me he was a hippy. He told me his whole family were hippies, a mountain of them. He then offered me cocaine.

    Next time you want a donut, just paypal me the 88 cents. I will go to Dunkin Donuts, buy a donut for you, and eat it for you too. Then I will tell you how bad it made me feel, (not very) and that will make you happy you didn't eat the donut.
