I'll stink like a boss.
Fair enough. But when your kids Baker Act you and stuff your old ass in one of those old folks homes they show on 60 minutes, don't be calling me collect.
Wait, you're Canadian nevermind. Different rules, probably.
Oldhead Canadian niggas get shipped to Narnia when they retire straight up f'real-f'real, .
I think they just put the elderly out into the wilderness instead of homes like we do.
"Here's a bottle of maple syrup, a chunk of Canadian bacon, and a moose blanket. Best of luck in your future endeavors."
What more does a man need?
Asked and answered.
The wild Canadian has thick and hairy feet. Much like their British cousin, the hobbit.
this thread has strayed slightly from the topic
By the way. do we notice the UFC's MO with this stuff? go back to Jones, or anyone they want to return to the UFC. they simply go dark on the person until it's no longer a hot topic.
Conor McDipshit is dead in that dead spot.
My guess they'll gloss it over and pretend it never happened.
Dana White once banned Paul Daley for doing less than what Conor McGregor is charged with
Certainly not feeling bad for Daley, but he’s not wrong
Simple economics, the UFC can afford to ban Daley without it sufficiently moving their bottom line. The UFC can afford to discipline or even ban Conor or Jones for that matter as well, but they're going to feel it.
There's no ethics in the framework of this operation, let's not pretend otherwise. The UFC is about its survival and ONLY its survival.
Typical moron mentality.
Accept responsibility? not a single sentence of what he said does that. it lays claim to him being the victim. he hit a guy as the fighters were walking away to their corners, after the ref had stepped in and separated them, and punched him. He has always blamed dana and the UFC. Never himself.
If it weren't for him fighting in Bellator who has more than questionable commission/licensing/testing credibility issues, he would likely have gone years without being licensed by a commission again.
Shit he even had to go down to local promotions (well very small) for a long time before he could even get back to bellator. Shit that even happened 8 years ago and it took him 5 to just get back to Bellator
After what conor did in Bellator, he should have not been able to get licensed again without a hearing, penality and long suspension. But nothing was ever done about it.
now he's done this. but according to the da they want him to cop to a felony to avoid jail, but that will mean no training, living or even visiting the US for a very long time, if ever, and definitely never in Canada.
But commission wise? they won't do anything. he wasn't licensed at all when it happened. so they have no immediate recourse, but could rake him over the coals at a new licensing hearing, but won't.
the UFC won't do anything except maybe wait till they keep it quiet long enough then slap a retroactive suspension on him that will be 'time served' so nothing happens.
it's always been about the $ but it seems that WME is sucking pond water, can't get a deal for their FOX broadcasting and all their big stars are MIA. they'll do anything to get buys, like bring back GSP, Lesnar, Jones... anything to keep from losing $
Daley is gonna Daley.
Daley did it on PPV as a representative of the UFC and on the UFC's dime. Daley also showed Dana White that he was willing to disregard the direction of the referee during a fight and Dana decided that was too big of a liability.
Conor did something to the UFC and it's fighters as a private citizen. So the UFC will sue him and so will the fighters. The UFC will then as a company decide if Conor will still make them money (he will) and if their continued association with him will hurt their brand and hereby damage future profits (it won't).
So Daley gets banned and Conor gets sued.
ETA: Actually if Daley wants to talk about FAIR, he DEFINITELY assaulted Kos. He should be charged with a felony just like Conor....right?
That pussy ass shot wouldn’t be a felony.
