Fedor Emelianenko: It’s a pleasure to do business with Bellator MMA

TLDR recap - It will be God's will if I win the tourney.

considering some of the gas tanks involved, it should be a round and a half fights

I doubt it. Non title fights are only 3 rounds in Bellator.

Makes you wonder, if UFC was to attempt a HW tournament, what would it look like?

Would it draw more viewers than the current Bellator HW tournament line up?

Like if there wasn't a champion? Or to face the champion?

    1 Alistair Overeem
    2 Fabricio Werdum
    3 Cain Velasquez
    4 Francis Ngannou
    5 Mark Hunt
    6 Derrick Lewis
    7 Alexander Volkov
    8 Marcin Tybura

Theres your top 8 minus the champion

Well, you will need to plan for an alternate for Cain as he wont make it 3 consecutive fights without getting injured.

Depending on the way the brackets were set. The bottom 4 would be out first round. Out of the remaining top 3, Ngannou or Fabricio would take it.

‘Rampage’ Jackson not enthused about potential fight with Chael Sonnen

TLDR recap - Doesn't want to fight boring leg humping wrestler again. And doesn't want to fight his favorite fighter of all time, Fedor.

    So we have:

    Fedor vs Frank Mir
Big Country vs Matt Mitrione II

Rather see Big Country against Rampage given their history.

Voted Mitrione but curious to see what weight Bader will walk in at, he must walk around at 230+ so not like he will be giving up much weight.
Big Country could also easily upset Mitrione.

They should have given Fedor an easier opponent to make it to the 2nd round. I can see Mir KO'ing Fedor at this point.
