    A) in this current climate now, if you've ever hit on a woman, it could be considered sexual harrassment

    B) lots of people, especially in Hollywierd have slept and sucked and doped their way to levels of stardom. Doesn't make it right, but they chose to play the game that way and are either regretful after the fact, or are simply piling on.

    C) I'd dare say that 80% of Hollywood executives/actors/power brokers are guilty of exploitation of some kind. Whether its blackmail, cover ups, sexual misdeeds, drug abuses, etc. There's too many "when I was in Hollywood" stories out there.

    D) and I would offer a ginormous "fuck you" to all these people that keep saying "yeah i had heard about his behavior years ago" and wait until the corpse is already mangled and on the floor to jump into the fray. They are part of the disease certainly not a cure.

    I have to say this.

I've come to a change my mind on some of this. I was blaming people for knowing and not saying anything..

The truth is, of all the people that knew, but hadn't had it happen to them personally? they couldn't say anything. Now befriending the guy and praising him is another thing, but the truth is, had anyone blasted him publicly before someone came out and accused him? they'd have lost their career for sure, and probably be bankrupt by the defamation lawsuit.

Sure it's true, but until someone comes forward it sure as shit hasn't been established and he'd have crushed whoever did say something. it's defamation and slander if you can't prove what you said is true.

So i do think i have to change part of my stance on it

I agree to that end. However, to come out now, NOW, and say that they knew something was going on and that they heard the stories, and that they NOW regret not doing anything, its like they are trying to save their own asses. Trying to to create some distance between themselves and the evil.
The problem is, as we've seen and heard in rumors before, that many of these "fine upstanding socially concise" entertainment folks are just as sick and twisted and perverse, but they don't want their dirty deeds being flagged by association.

    The Kevin Spacey thing.....
Dude comes out 30 years later? Tells a great story. Spacey says he doesn't remember. Which is entirely possible seeing as how its 30 years ago, and may not have happened quite like this kid is remembering. But lets not let that stop the story from coming out at the absolute most volatile time in Hollywood's existence. Story wasn't relevant when Jacko was on trial, story wasn't relevant when Sanduski was caught, but Weinstein gets his dick in ringer and now this guy comes forward?

I just hope that htis isn't over. Like DA said, let's just drain the swamp. Take them all down. Burn them all at the stake. And the Jane Fonda's that sit in their ivory towers and lament that they knew and did nothing, let them come on down as well.

The Kevin Spacey thing is just fucking gross. and the fact that he did the same thing to a ton of young males is even more sick.

What I don't understand is how a crime that damages the victim for life can have a fucking statute of limitations on it. Does their mental health have that?

anyway, The other thing that really REALLY sucks, is I, like probably most people, really liked Kevin Spacey so this one makes bums me out as well

The only good part, is that hes lived a life of being loved and he just lost it, so his fall from grace is going to be really painful. At least I hope. He's the kind of dude that will just kill himself.

Harvey is a sick fuck. Also I can't stand rose McGowan. She is blaming everyone, trying to say its all their fault. Bitch please, it's Harvey's fault and no be else's. Unless these guys were in the room watching Harvey rape women and other stuff she should just shut her mouth because IMO she is going to hurt other females coming forward. Don't blame others just help the females that have been wronged.

Not following close enough to know if there are others alleging the same thing against Spacey. However, if there is a patern then I am in full agreement with you.

I guess I just come from a position of now we are see all these people accuse others of misappropriate behavior long after the fact, and long after they could pull the "he has influence over my career" card.

I did see where Jeremy Piven is now being accused. I fully expect to see dozens upon dozens of 2-bit B-movie actresses running to the TMZs to accuse some male star somewhere of inappropriate behavior. Why not. The climate is ripe for the accused to be guilty until proven innocent.

White Woman Who Lied About Being Kidnapped, Raped by 3 Black Men Indicted on Felony Charges

Co-ed faces two years for lying about rape
    http://nypost.com/2017/06/16/former-co-ed-faces-two-years-on-charges-she-lied-about-rape/

the biggest of course was the duke university issue. but it's the repercussions of others that make it the worst.

The Duke lacrosse case was a 2006 criminal case in which three members of the Duke University men's lacrosse team were falsely accused of rape. The case evoked varied responses from the media, faculty groups, students, the community, and others. The case's resolution sparked public discussion of racism, media bias, and due process on campuses, and ultimately led to the resignation and disbarment of the lead prosecutor, Durham County District Attorney Mike Nifong.

In March 2006, Crystal Gail Mangum, a black student at North Carolina Central University[1][2] who worked as a stripper,[3] dancer and escort, falsely accused three white Duke University students – all members of the Duke Blue Devils men's lacrosse team – of raping her. The rape was alleged to have occurred at a party held at the house of two of the team's captains in Durham on March 13, 2006. Many people involved in or commenting on the case, including then-Durham District Attorney Nifong, stated or suggested that the alleged rape was a hate crime.[4][5][6][7]

In response to the allegations, Duke University suspended the lacrosse team for two games on March 28, 2006. The following week, on April 5, Duke lacrosse coach Mike Pressler was forced to resign under threat by athletic director Joe Alleva, and Duke president Richard Brodhead canceled the remainder of the 2006 season.[8]

On April 11, 2007, North Carolina Attorney General Roy Cooper dropped all charges and declared the three lacrosse players innocent of the rape allegations. Cooper stated that the players – Reade Seligmann, Collin Finnerty, and David Evans – were victims of a "tragic rush to accuse."[8]

The initial prosecutor, Michael "Mike" Nifong, was labeled a "rogue prosecutor" by Cooper, and withdrew from the case in January 2007 after the North Carolina State Bar filed ethics charges against him. In June 2007, Nifong was disbarred for "dishonesty, fraud, deceit and misrepresentation", making him the first prosecutor in North Carolina disbarred for trial conduct. Nifong served one day in jail for lying about sharing DNA tests (criminal contempt); the lab director said it was a misunderstanding and Nifong claimed it was due to weak memory.[9] Mangum faced no charges for her false accusations, as Cooper declined to prosecute her.[10]

Cooper noted several inconsistencies between Mangum's accounts of the evening and Seligmann and Finnerty's alibi evidence. The Durham Police Department also came under fire for violating their own policies by allowing Nifong to act as the de facto head of the investigation; using a suspect-only photo identification procedure with Mangum; pursuing the case despite vast discrepancies in notes taken by Investigator Benjamin Himan and Sgt. Mark Gottlieb; and distributing a poster presuming the suspects' guilt shortly after the allegations. In 2007, Seligmann, Finnerty, and Evans sought unspecified damages and called for new criminal justice reform laws in a federal civil rights lawsuit against the City of Durham.[11]

and that's why it's an issue.

the problem is the number is really low. it's not 'common' but it happens and when it does it gets massive attention.

For me it's been an issue because I know someone that was actually accused and convicted of rape as a senior in high school. I knew both of them and even heard her say to a friend (she wasn't talking to me, that she accused him of rape because he was cheating on her) and I was questioned. but he ended up in prison anyway

So i probably have a bigger part of my mind making me wonder about it.

Of course it happens. There are people who lie about having cancer, should we treat all cancer patients as liars? There are people who will take advantage of every single situation. There are people who fake having a service animal to get special treatment. But if we only focus on the very small percentage of people doing this, and not the over whelming majority of people living it, what does that say about us?

Oh I'm sorry you were raped, but there were a few who were lying. So oh well!

I don't know anything about that, but what I did hear, but don't remember, is barbara walters telling corey feldman he was trying to destroy an industry years back when he said on a tvb show he had been molested as a kid.
    --- Post Added -- Oct 31, 2017, ---
    I don't think anyone said that. i sure didn't./

Correction. she didn't say 'ruining an industry' this is what she said

The problem i think, with corey is he released these weirdo videos then launched a gofundme type campaign trying to get people to pay for him making an album. Now he said he wants to make a documentary about the people in hollywood molesting kids/people, but again launched (or is planning on it) a gofundme type campaign to get people to pay for it.

The problem with doing that is it makles it seem like money is your motivation, not just telling the info.

I absolutely believe he was molested.

Corey Feldman launches campaign to expose Hollywood paedophilia
Stand By Me star seeks to raise $10m for a documentary that will provide a ‘true depiction of child abuse’ in film industry

    https://www.theguardian.com/film/20...-paedophilia-child-abuse-campaign-documentary

he's claiming he wants 10 million for 'legal' and 'security'. in the indigogo though it says also for production of the movie.

he says blockbuster movies get $150,000,000 and he wants less than 10% of that

    here's the video

according to Indigogo he's at $170,000

    This was his last one.

he wanted 105,000 and it ended at $14,902 by 451 backers

and ironically, he keeps all the donations either way. even if he doesn't reach the goal

    ---
Indiegogo is the only crowdfunding platform where you have the option to keep all your funds even when your campaign does not reach its goal.

the difference? if you call it a 'flexible' goal you keep everything r4egardless of getting your goal or not.

    14% of $105,000
    flexible goal

    2% of $10,000,000
    flexible goal

christ nice way to make some cash and have to do nothing for it.

so Corey isnt going to say the names of those doing this until he gets 10 million bucks?

and these pedos are just going to stay in power and abusing unless Feldman can get enough cash not to end up like Haim?

its hard to take someone serious when they dress like a gay Colombian 90's drug lord
