Aldon Smith is under investigation for domestic violence so chances are that's the the death nail in his playing career and a damn giant waste of a great talent.

I am not suprised and am glad it happened now and not during the season.

He doesn't fit the new Raiders personal.

It's not a big loss anymore, he was great when Mack was young at freeing him up for the 6 or whatever games he played but Irvin has been fine, better in that role and the Raiders are attractive again.. FAs will come.

I would kill for Calais Campbell but I can't see AZ letting him go. But a Chandler Jones, Devin Taylor, or Andre Branch type would be nice. Edge rushing is covered either way though.. Jilal Ward will continue to improve.

Raiders desperately need an inside rusher and hopefully if we spend a high amount on anyone it will be on Nick Failey or Kawan Short.. preferably Short.

Why would a bear be in the puppy bowl, that's just nonsense. Of course they could not win it for fuck sake it's the puppy bowl. A bear would not even be allowed to participate. For fuck sake Trodden, you really did not think this one through.

If the football gods were like the MMA gods, the Bears would definitely win the Superbowl next year just because you made this post.

It's crazy how Chip Kelly has fallen from grace with a thud. Dude was riding high as one of the most powerful coaches in the NCAA. Then he gets booted in Philly, rightfully so, and goes to San Francisco. He gets fired after one year, though I think he should have gotten another shot with a better roster. Now he can't even find an OC job. Getting turned down by fucking Jacksonville is as bad as it gets.

No it can always get worse like being turned down by the Browns.

I think getting turned down by Jacksonville is worse than getting turned down by the Browns. The Browns have a good head coach, an anchor left tackle and a bunch of draft picks that they can use to quickly rebuild. The Jags, well they're the Jags.

The Browns can't get it together no matter who they have and how many picks they have. Inept
