1. It’s not a thirst for blood, not at all—but an astonishment, an appreciation for the capabilities of a human that bares his soul naked for the art of combat using strictly his body. That’s entertainment. "UFC Fight Night 139: Korean Zombie vs. Rodríguez" Live Discussion *Spoilers*. Prelims begin at 7:00 p.m. ET on Fight Pass.

, how far along are you? The compendium alone took me like a damn week.

Yea, it's almost identical to the show for a little while. Less than 1/10th, I want to say. Then things start getting really fun. You'll see what's up.

And there are no covers, and no issue-breaks. But there are Chapters. Set very far apart - I figure you're still on the first one. I believe there's 8 or 9. Just page-breaks, really - With the Chapter number and title. Nothing fancy, but. About what you'd expect.

Or that little mini-series event by Spielberg - Taken.

You dig into that Walking Dead stuff yet, Bran? I just finished Volume 14 and Jesus, haha. I'll follow this series till the day I reanimate.

Man, I'm jealous. I wish I could go back and read that for the very first time. I just got the 14th volume in the mail today. Issues #79-#84. I was shocked at how well Kirkman developed the story. There's 3 or 4 seasons in that compendium alone, so. It was a lot of fun.

Doesn't end there, either - There's Book 5, Book 6, and Volume 13 and 14 after that. So much to look forward to.

I got Incognito: Bad Influences in the mail the other day. Not as good as the first volume, but still. Grade A stuff.

No shit? Hmm, I didn't know that. About the Ultimate stuff - People can just be killed off, huh? Or re-imagined or whatever. Or that Bendis was behind this new Spider-Man storyline.

That's got to be weird, though. It's like 2 different dimensions or something.

I still haven't gotten that second volume of Incognito in the mail yet. I'm sure it'll come in this week. Fingers crossed.

Did you hear about Spider-Man, Bran? The comic. About Mr. Morales or Mr. Molina - Whatever his name is, hahaha.

How's the comic world taking the news?

Love her work - I'll have to check that out. I hope Comedy Central doesn't try to ruin her career by giving her a show that they cancel a season in, :rip:.

I know a guy - Met him recently. He's of Korean descent, but was raised here and shit. And I've been bugging him about Park Chan-Wook, and Song Kang-Ho, and Choi Min-Sik. And I Saw the Devil and The Good, The Bad, The Weird.

He has no idea who or what I'm talking about, hahaha. Which makes me feel very well-cultured and international. Totally blowing his mind, I'm sure.

Damn, no shit? I remember having heard something about the writers getting fired, but then that turned out not to be true or whatever. Why would anyone give that job up? I hope it's in good hands.

The series itself is so much fun to follow. The artwork isn't Sean Phillips level, but. I love the story. They've got plenty of awesome directions to go with, so. They'll have to really, really screw up to botch the television run.

, 1962? Ballparks were filled with 15 year old chorus girls back then. I had a cartoonish Frankenstein in mind - Through the whole song, hahaha.

Have you checked Incognito out yet, Bran? I ordered the second volume in the series - Incognito: Bad Influences. And the 14th volume that just came out for The Walking Dead. I can't wait to get my hands on 'em.

You seen Captain America: The First Avenger yet, Bran? I want to your take on it. Compared to Brubaker's and whatnot.

No shit? Fuck, man. South Korea knows how to close a motherfuckin' show!

(Except that whole War thing that might or might not still be on.)

It's like 2 hours, right? I hope so. I think it's on my On Demand thinga-majigg. Definitely on my hitlist.

(I got an error message saying this was too short, so. I'm adding this. I'm being extorted by a machine for an extra sentence or two.)

I hate forgetting what polar bears look like!

I loved how he kept saying please, please, hahahah. And his idea of genesis being man slithering out of the mud,.

And damned if I don't want an iCrowave.
